Pretty Incredible | Lacey Black

My Thoughts:


If I had to describe this book in one short phrase, it would be PRETTY INCREDIBLE! Lacey Black created one of the best couples I have ever read. Blair and Gabe are everything I look for in this trope. I shed a lot of tears as Blair had to work through a difficult relationship with her father and discover how incredible forgiveness can be. Gabe helps open her heart to love, friendship, and family. I found myself in sad tears at Blair struggling with her father's betrayal, then turning the pages to laugh at the banter between her and Gabe. He is truly a wonderful hero who struggles with his own feelings of inadequacy and holding someone back from their true happiness. I felt that the characters were written with raw, real feelings, emotions, and even physical attributes, that enable you to connect with them on a deeper level. The supporting characters are all well-developed and I hope that they all become a part of this series soon!
