My Thoughts!
Writing a book all about ourselves is daunting all its own, much less including the trauma we have faced and vulnerabilities. Krista does this with elegance and strength that is honorable. I loved her message about finding our own path through life as there isn't just one for everyone. We all experience positives and negatives throughout life. We are all given unique abilities and talents, many of which are developed by the harsh traumas of life we've experienced. Rather than focusing on how these events negatively impact us, we need learn how to use them for the positive. Her pain radiates throughout the book, but it has an inspirational, motivational tone that leaves you feeling incredibly proud for Krista. We can all use her advice -- and succeed with hard work!

Krista Nerestant is a certified spiritual medium and teacher, as well as a certified NLP Trauma Coach and hypnotist. She was born in the Philippines and moved to the US at age twelve and became a successful entrepreneur at 17 years old.
